In 2017, we implemented a system upgrade company wide, and after a year of improving and fine tuning our process, we believe you’ll see an enhanced version of the MCM Brands you have always counted on to provide top quality products for your market.

To demonstrate our faith in the improvements we have made, in 2018 we are guaranteeing a lead time of four weeks or less from the time of your art approval, or we’ll give you a 20% credit! This will apply to all MCM Brands catalog items for the year.

A four-week guarantee on our items isn’t the only way we are looking to improve service to our customers this year. On any order placed before March 31st, 2018, we will be offering free freight! This means you can enjoy free freight for the entire year so long as you order before the end of March, so pre-book your orders and enjoy the financial benefits of your early planning! Should you need to request a credit for a late order, please visit our late order page and complete the simple form. Within 5 business days, we will investigate the situation and apply the 20% credit to your account when applicable.
